LapEasy reserves the right to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or business interests, without prejudice to the arbitration process.
For disputes involving international orders, the International Arbitration Rules under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall apply, with the seat of arbitration being Noida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to reflect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
